What is CrossFit

CrossFit is a safe, effective, motivating strength and conditioning exercise regime designed to improve health, weight loss, performance, and quality of life.  The workouts are constantly varied and executed at high intensity utilising functional movements from various disciplines such as gymnastics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, calisthenics as well as other metabolic conditioning movements (eg. skipping, running, rowing, etc). The 60min classes are FUN and can be modified or scaled for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

HIIT Express Train Classes

Express Train classes are FUN filled 60 min high-intensity interval training classes perfect for any age and skill level. Workouts combine a variety of movements including bodyweight, machines, box jumps, skipping, slamballs, deadballs, wallballs, sandbags and sleds. If you want to get fit or keep fit for your sport this class is perfect for you!!

Pumping Iron

This is a 60min body building swole session designed to isolate muscle groups, increase strength, bone density and improve stability and posture in order to bullet proof your body!! So jump aboard the swole train and let's get pumped!!

Enduro

This class in a 60min sweat athon. Perfect flush out at the end of the week. Workouts are steady state cardio ranging between 30 min to 1 hour perfect for any age and skill level. Workouts are machine or running focused as well as use a combination  of body-weight, kettlebell, core bags, slam balls, wall balls, skipping or box jump movements. If you want to improve cardiovascular fitness this class is perfect for you!!
